Thank you for considering booking an Evolutionary Astrology Consultation. You are about to embark on a beautiful journey.

What I will need from you

To generate your natal chart, I will need the following information.

1) your birth date

2) your birth place

3) your exact birth time.

It’s important that your birth time be accurate. While a 15 to 20 margin may be all right in some cases, it’s not always reliable.  Please avoid providing an estimated or “guessed” birth time; if that’s the case, kindly let me know.  (Please note – you can obtain your exact birth time from the hospital’s birth records, for a fee.) 

If you are familiar with astrology – wonderful!  If not, don’t worry. The consultation will be conducted in a way that is accessible regardless of your astrology knowledge.

After I hear from you

I will respond within 24 – 48 hours to arrange a time for our consultation that works for both. At this stage, payment will be required. (Payment can be made via e-transfer of PayPal and I will share details).  We can also arrange a brief “hello” conversation via phone which will take place prior to the consult. This serves as a little “ice breaker”, something both my clients and I enjoy.

All consultations are conducted via Zoom and you will receive an MP4 recording of the session. Alternatively, you can record the Zoom meeting on your end.  If you are not familiar with Zoom, don’t worry.  I will email you with an invitation to the meeting. Simply accept the invite and download the app if you don’t already have it.  If you need help with Zoom, here is a link that explains how it works.

Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously. The information that you provide for the purpose of your astrological consultation and the information that I share with you will remain private and will not be given or shared with any third part for any reason. The birth data will be used solely for the purpose of communicating the consultation reports to you.

Payment

Please note payment needs to be made in advance of the consultation via e-transfer or PayPal.  My PayPal information will be provided to you via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a confirmed appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can rebook.  The first rebooking will be free of charge, but an additional rebook will incur a $50 charge.

Parental Consent

If you are 16 years of age or younger, parental consent is required.
